1. The room is very beautiful and clean. 2. The location is good to access the Gordes, Roussillon and Sault by car.
1. The staff is terrible. When we arrived at the hotel on Monday. There is no person. It mentioned that we need to call the staff to check in. However, two cell phones are no service (Orange and sfr). We waited in front of the hotel for 30 min. Somebody live in murs saw us and helped us tofind the staff. When we checked in, the staff told us we need to go to the main street and then our phone can have the signal. However, they did not mention it previously. Nobody told us they are in holiday on Monday. 2. The restaurant is also closed on Monday. 3. No private parking place and the parking may be a problem if the hotel is full.

The owners were most hospitable and welcoming. We enjoyed the excellent cuisine in the intimiate dining room at the restaurant. This is a good place if you are looking for a small hotel in the Luberon mountains which is not over run by tourists. It was very peaceful walking in the countryside nearby and in the little medieval town of Murs. Highly recommended as a good place to stay from which to explore the area. The hotel's decor is modern and charming and extremely comfortable.

The location in a charming village, a lot of parking nearby, the tasteful decoration of the room and the rustic feel of the hotel overall, good for a romantic stay. The homemade jams for breakfast, good availability of tourist information in the reception, creative dinner menu. A bit remote location but we were doing rural tourism far from cities, so it was a perfect base for our trip. Cot was provided for the baby or water heated up on request.
Staff correct but cold, restaurant severely understaffed, reception did not open on Mondays. No change of toilet paper (!) or towels in the rooms, even though we put the towels in the bathtub in order to be changed according to the note on the wall. In the evening we found them dirty and wet hanging everywhere, but now we did not know whose was which. The reception was closed on that day too. Some rooms are with interconnecting doors which leaves you completely without privacy and you can hear everything the guests next door are doing and see the light from below the door. We even felt the smoke in the room where our baby was sleeping, presumably from the next door. Wifi connection did not work even in public areas, and the owner just shrugged her shoulders. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was - some bread, croissants, two jams (though very good ones) and yogurt. Very steep staircase, difficult to get up a pushchair if travelling with a baby. Pretty but uncomfortable shower, everything splashing outside, tricky system of opening the taps. No minibar or fridge. In general, we were ok just spending three nights at the hotel but with some quite uncomfortable moments.

This is my favorite hotel in this France trip. It is located in a very nice quiet historical small town the building itself was very old too, but maintained in a good condition. A lots of nice details, the dinner in the Garden was nice and delicious. Highly recommended
Has bugs if you open the window. No a/c in standard room.

The hotel was well located and offered beautiful views of the surroundings. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed and clean linens. the restaurant was also of good quality, offering a variety of options for dinner.
the breakfast and other meals were quite expensive, which felt like a ripoff.

We explored the many beautiful cities in the area nearby. Murs is located in a part of Provence known as the Luberon. Within a short drive of Le Crillon you can find some of the cities that have been designated as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages" in France. There are many opportunities for excellent restaurants; shopping - in stores and local markets; cycling; visiting vineyards; and examining the rich history of the region. It is located quite close to Mt. Ventou, so if you have ever watched the Tour de France you know how lovely it is. The hotel itself is a gem! Very clean and fresh. The staff are very accommodating. And out dinner there was excellent!!
Nothing negative about the hotel itself. The town of Murs is small and charming, but remote. If you require and pharmacy or something you will have a short drive.

We loved staying in this hotel! Best aspects were the charming decor, spacious and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast, though a little costly, was worth it and the cocktails were delicious. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and picturesque village, perfect for those who want to enjoy the serene nature surroundings.
Not obvious to find parking.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a lovely time. The rooms were comfortable and clean with cozy decor. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh croissants and coffee. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and with beautiful views from the windows.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful when it came to recommendations for nearby restaurants or activities. We had to search for dining options on our own.

The staff were excellent - very helpfut and spoke English.
The location was a problem because the village has no other places to eat than the hotel restaurant unless we drove to another village. The hotel restaurante attempted to be haute cuisine and was relatively expensive, but was not up to standard. We would rather have had regional food at a reasonable price. The room was a little cramped and poorly lit for reading or computer work.

The breakfast is overpriced. They charge 8.5 Euro per head for just few pieces of bread and a cup of coffee. No egg, no ham, no fruit. I was wondering we were in Somalia rather than France.
